Linda McFee practices in all areas of civil litigation and has experience in complex commercial litigation, government regulatory litigation involving large, nationwide lenders, contract disputes, employment and discrimination litigation, construction litigation, trucking litigation, insurance coverage, and bad faith litigation. For the past 20 years, Ms. McFee has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in numerous forums around the country. She is currently involved in class action litigation in California.  Her practice includes extensive appellate work in both state and federal appellate courts. 

Ms. McFee has extensive experience, including as lead attorney, in handling design professional and other construction litigation in numerous jurisdictions. Ms. McFee also has extensive experience in handling professional negligence, product liability, vehicle/ and trucking accidents, and other tort claims; briefs and argues before numerous federal and state appellate court; makes coverage determinations and provides coverage analyses to insurance companies; successfully litigates insurance coverage and bad faith claims for both insurers and insureds; represents and advisesin ERISA and related litigation.

Ms. McFee represents and advises numerous individuals and small- and medium-sized businesses in connection with business transactions, contracts, business disputes, non-competition agreements, confidentiality agreements, and trade secrets.

Ms. McFee represents individuals and employers in actions involving claims of employment discrimination and retaliation under Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Whistleblower Act, and violations of state law; represents and advises employers in connection with employment matters, regulation, and compliance.
